Stolen Post from Alec :)

Alec - yep, the super cool guy from "a little bit of nothing" - posted a simple but amazing post a few days ago ... and I'm gonna steal it! You should too! It helps us get to know each other better! Love you all! :) ..... Man! That crazy "enter" button. There is something wrong with my computer! I know I keep going on and on about it ... but I think it is becoming one of my biggest pet peeves. Posts that run all together are just bluck. Bluck to look at. Bluck to read. Bluck! .......... Okay, I'm done. This is a happy post ... so let's make it happy! ;) --- Stolen from my buddy, Alec Nilsen --- THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY (Senses style!) ------- Sight: Showchoirs performing (I love singing and dancing - to watch and to do it myself!), Sunsets, stars, clouds, mountains, smiles, watching James lean forward (often over his knees) when he finds something really funny. Touch: hugs from Emily - it feels like Jesus is wrapping His arms around me when that girl hugs me :), handshakes from my "big brother," Adam, the feel of my feet in my comfy crocs. Smell: campfires, grilling out hamburgers, red roses. Taste: sweet tea!, steak, potatoes (baked, fried, mashed - I just like potatoes!) ... yep, those are my favorite. :) Sound: David Phelps singing (the best singer in the world) ... my buddy, Jon, singing (2nd favorite singer in the world) ... when Adam, Jon, Jason, and Uncle Mike sing quartets at church, listening to Ben and James sing - I'm really not kidding, guys! I love it when you sing! (Did you notice that I like it when people sing???) ;) .... And lastly, sitting in the middle of the woods, in silence - listening to the wind blow through the trees, squirrels jumping through leaves, making them crunch, birds pecking and chirping (sounds from my devotional rock on our Mammoth Cave trip!). ............... Oooo, that was fun! Great idea, Alec!!!
